Shipping Policy:

We ship worldwide from Spain using trusted shipping partners such as Correos and UPS. If your country is not available for shipping, please contact shop@team33.es

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During new releases, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please always add your phone number and e-mail address as it is required by the delivery service.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping service.

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, holidays, or other delays beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused by the customer, the shipment may be abandoned or returned. Shipping costs, customs fees, and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tracking

Tracked shipping is provided whenever available. Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs charges, or incorrect addresses may require additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Bank Transfer Payments

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, our bank details will be sent to you in the order confirmation email.

Please note:

• International bank transfers may take 2–3 business days to arrive
• Your bank may charge additional fees for international transfers
• Orders will be shipped once the payment has been received

There is no need to send a proof of payment, as this does not speed up the processing or shipping time.

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
